The Board of Directors of ZoetisTM (NYSE: ZTS), formerly the
animal health business of Pfizer Inc., has declared a second-quarter
dividend payable to holders of the company’s Class A common stock and
Class B common stock of $0.065 per share. The dividend is to be paid on
June 6, 2013, to holders of record on May 1, 2013.
